an island all to yourself

Off the eastern coast of Martinique, a 10 minute boat ride from the nautical club of Le François, an entire island at your disposal with 15 ha of tropical vegetation, protected by a coral reef, and surrounded by soft white sandy beaches bathed by shallow turquoise waters.

A narrow trail winds its way across the island immersed in tropical splendour. Many different varieties of bird (Humming birds, Frigate, Robins,) tropical fish, shells, coral…this is truly a small slice of paradise. There are no dangerous animals on the island and mosquitoes are at a bare minimum.

The only house on the island is the super Creole homestead from the XIX century. Constructed entirely in wood by the owner the house is full of charm and authentic Caribbean character overlooking the sea as far as the eye wanders.
Access to the island is via a private pontoon where you can at anytime indulge in a drink or a bit of sun baking. Stairs take you up to the gardens and the house
 

You can arrive at Le François from the airport (15 km) by taxi or hire car. The property provides a private boat for the use of guests. A complimentary return passage is offered, other movements are at the guests expense. The voyage form Le François to the island is absolutely tranquil.

The Habitation is a private residence

Included: first breakfast, water and non alcoholic drinks.
Personnel available on the island: : hostess, cook, skipper, personal assistant, caretaker
Transfer to and from the island upon arrival and departure.
1 boat transfer daily between the island and the Marina di Le François.
 

FORMULE "CHAMBRES ET TABLES D'HOTES": HOTEL STAY

The Habitation is no longer a private residence, today it operates as a hotel

In order to maintain the sense of luxury and exclusivity, access to the island by restaurant guests is limited..

The prices quoted are on a per room basis and expressed in euro.
Included: first breakfast, water and non-alcohol drinks.
Transfer by boat upon arrival and departure.
Apart from the above mentioned service the boat is provided at no extra cost for a return voyage from the island to the Marina di Le François once per day.
Transfer from the island to the Marina di Le François at non-scheduled times can be arranged at the guests’ expense.
 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 40% of the total cost is required at the time of reservation and will be reimbursable no later than 15 days prior to the bookings commencement.

The balance is required upon collection of the keys
