At Cap Chevalier, in Anse Michel, one of the most beautiful beaches of
Martinique,
the restaurant Le Paradisio offers a refined and selective French
cuisine complimented by a selection of typically Creole dishes, in a
fresh, colorful and inviting atmosphere.
Allow yourself to be tempted by the numerous seafood dishes, from
sashimi of dorade (bass) with ginger, to fresh lobster cooked in various
ways. For those passionate about meat there i san equally ample range to
choose from, Argentinean fillet or foie gras lightly sautéed. The
deserts are also a house specialty.
Le Paradiso varies it’s menu on a weekly basis.
Clients of Le Paradiso are also invited to take advantage of the
possibility to leave their cars in the parking of restaurant so that you can soak up a bit of sun or just the magnificent
atmosphere of the beach. The restaurant Le Paradisio also offers a bar
service.
