On the hills of Point du Bout, a lively location in the south of Martinique, Villa Alvisella is a Creole villa of 70sqmt, immersed in a tropical garden of 1600sqmt that is shared with another villa in the property.

The villa is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor the living room with sofa bed, sat TV, dvd, and stereo with CD player, the dining and kitchen area that offers washing machine, gas hob, oven both traditional and microwave and coffee machine.

In the semi-basement, an ideal solution for the sleeping area as it is nice and cool for sleeping, there are 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Next to the swimming pool, 9mt x 4mt with salt water, a large outside space that is perfect for outdoor living, caressed by the tropical breeze and perfumes that engulf you whilst in the wonderful garden.

Only a few hundred meters away there is the Anse Mitan beach and the lively village of Pointe du Bout with many boutiques, restaurants, casino and disco.

Only a few minute drive away you can reach Anse a l’Ane and Anse d’Arlet.
