On the hills of Anses d’Arlet, on the southern coast of Martinique, in a wonderful panoramic position overlooking the Caribbean Sea with and with an infinity pool. Villa Arlet is located in an ideal hillside position and totally surrounded by nature. 900mt from the beach and village and offers comfort, tranquillity and intimacy for your special Caribbean holiday.

The villa is of 220sqmt total and is on three levels.
A large living area of 60sqmt directly on the terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the valley and sea.
The well furnished living area is supplied with sat TV in the sitting room and a dining area with seating for 8 persons. The kitchen, next to the dining area is fully equipped. A proper bar overlooks the 80sqmt terrace, which is partially covered and runs the whole lenghth of the living area, furnished with rattan furniture and dining area with table and chairs for eight and a BBQ.
 

On the top floor there are two bedrooms, both with a splendid sea view, air-conditioned and with en suite, one with a king size bed, the other queen and can be divided into two twins.

On the ground floor, directly in front of the swimming pool there is the third bedroom with en suite and kitchenette. It has air-conditioning and a queen size bed.

The infinity pool is 26sqmt with salt water and is surrounded by a 100sqmt deck from where you have a beautiful panoramic view overlooking the sea and the surrounding nature. The covered part of the deck hosts a dining area.
