Villa Cap Est is situated in the borough of Francois, on the Atlantic Coast of Martinique. Located in one of the most gorgeous regions of the island, surrounded by sugar cane fields and the sea, and only a few km from the most renowned beaches in southern Martinique, Villa Cap Est is a beautiful home on two levels, with a tropical garden of 2500mq which leads down to the seafront, pool and private jetty.

On the ground floor you can find the lounge and the lunch room with exposed wood beams, an ample kitchen, direct access to the veranda and a guest bathroom. The large veranda offers magnificent views of the bay.
 

Climbing the 5 steps to the second floor, you will find the “night zone”. Consisting of one double room with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the gardens; a second double bedroom; a single room ideal for children with a shared bathroom.

 
In the loft you will find a bedroom with exposed wood beams, hosting 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

In the basement there is located a laundry with washing machine and supplementary fridge.
 

The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, gas hotplates. The kitchen has direct access to the veranda, decorated with lounges and an eating area overlooking the garden and sea.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The gardens are maintained on a fortnightly basis and the pool on a weekly basis.

Upon your arrival you are offered a welcome dinner and breakfast the following day to help you get your feet.

Linen and towels are supplied and maybe changed upon request.
