In the municipality of Trois Illets, in the south of Martinique only 300mt from the Caribbean beach of Anse a l’Ane, the Caribbean villa is located in a residential area and has a wonderful panoramic position with a fantastic view overlooking the sea.

The villa is spread over 2 floors and can host up to 15 persons.
The main floor is spread over 110sqmt and has an ample living area that opens up on to the terrace, a modern kitchen with a central island and 3 bedrooms, 2 have an en suite bathroom.
The garden floor is of 70sqmt and has been thought to host up to 8 people, it consists of living/kitchen area, a large bedroom of 25sqmt and can be organized to host a different number of people with en suite and a another double bedroom also with en suite bathroom.
The garden floor is never rented separate from the rest of the villa, the villa is rented or partially or in whole and the costs vary depending on the number of occupants.

The first floor has a large terrace of 40sqmt, partially covered and furnished with an eating area for 15 people and a living area that overlooks the swimming pool with sun beds and garden furniture.

The living area that opens onto the terrace has a large living room with sat TV and dvd and a nice modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and double fridge with an incorporated ice maker, gas hob and both traditional and microwave oven.
The master bedroom with sea view has air-conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
A double bedroom and a twin room with bunk beds and a fold away both with air-conditioning and they share a large bathroom with double sinks and shower.
 

On the garden floor there is a living area with sofa bed, TV and ceiling fan. This room opens up onto an veranda and a 700stmt tropical garden.

The American style kitchen has electric coking rings, a large fridge and microwave oven.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with air-conditioning with en suite bathroom and a second modular large bedroom that can be altered depending on how many people it has to cater to, with one double bed and a bunk bed or 2 bunk beds and a fold away bed. This room also has air-con and a private bathroom.
