The large living area, that opens up onto a terrace, has a sitting area and a TV corner, with sat channels. There is also a large kitchen that also opens up onto the terrace, with dishwasher, double fridge with incorporated ice maker.

The terrace is of 170sqmt and is the heart of the Caribbean villa. It is divided into different areas: a sitting area, a dining area and a second living area for 12 persons under the carbet.
A second covered terrace of 60sqmt hosts a third open air living area a dining area and a small swimming pool screened from indiscrete eyes.
