 A large creole villa which leads directly onto the beach of Anse Mitan, in the region of Trois Ilets, just a few minutes away from Pointe du Bout, an touristic area with lots of entertainment between the hotels, restaurants, casino and night clubs.

Villa Mitan is spread over two floors and can sleep comfortably up to 12 people. Spread over the two floors, you have the principle apartment with 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and the smaller independent apartment which sleeps 2.

Nestled in a beautiful tropical garden, the villa has been recently refurbished: on the ground floor you have a large living room which opens onto the 70msq terrace essential to life in the Caribbean. A large well equipped kitchen and 2 single bedrooms both with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms.

The first floor contains 3 bedrooms all air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and lead on balcony’s, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view over the bay, 2 with double beds and 1 with a single.

The American kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge, dish washer, traditional oven, microwave and a double sink.
