VILLA ON THE BEACH - LE DIAMANT- MARTINIQUE

This large Creole villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden directly on Diamant Beach, well known touristic spot on the southern coast of the island and famous for its Rocher, only 150mt from the village.

The 260sqmt villa is spread out on the ground floor and has a large living/dining area, a fully equipped large kitchen, 5 bedrooms all with air-conditioning and 3 bathrooms.
The spacious 60sqmt verandah is organized so you can easily live outdoors. It is equipped with a bar, a lounge and a dining area, and obviously there a BBQ on the terrace for fantastic grilled fish dinners during your Martinique holiday.
The large shaded garden, directly on the sea, there is a carbet and a “bac à punch”, a lovely Martinique idea invented to keep you cool while sipping the typical rum aperitif: Ti-punch with your feet in the cool water.

The villa’s living area is divided into 2 different areas, a comfortable lounge furnished with tropical style furniture, a small television with DVD and a dining area that connects directly to the kitchen in Creole style complete with dishwasher and microwave, with direct access to the verandah.
There are 3 double bedrooms, the master has an en suite; there also is a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and one double bed and another bedroom with one bunk bed.
Other 2 bathrooms with showers complete the sleeping area.
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms works from 7.30pm to 9am.
A sofa bed in the living area is available for extra 2 guests. The villa can host up to 15 persons and but is advised for up to 9 adults.
