The property is only a 5 minute drive away from Sainte Anne’s Beach. A stunning beach of white sand with calm waters. From here you can easily reach all of the other beautiful beaches of the island: Les Salines at 10 mins, Anse Moustique at 10 mins, Anse Trabaud at 15 mins, Cap Chevalier at 15 mins and Cap Macré at 20 mins.

The center of Sainte Anne is a 5 minute drive and there you can find all the necessities: shops, restaurants  (Don’t miss the Italian restaurant Casanova and the restaurant pub Le Coyote), pharmacy, post office, etc. Marin is only 10 minutes away by car with supermarkets and banks and the largest marina of the Small Antilles.
