The villas are completely independent, each with a pool, private garden and separate entry.
They are fitted with every creature comfort and to a high standard.
Joining the two villas is a ample studio apartment with the possibility of internal connection with the second villa.
 

The VILLAS

The villas are set out on two floors. Ground floor is dedicated to the living areas, the outdoors are focus of the architecture with both the lounge and American style kitchen spill onto a veranda which in turn leads to the pool.
The upper floor is dedicated to the night or sleeping zones.

 

Ground Floor

Lounge with bamboo furnishings, sofa bed, Satellite Television, telephone with pre paid card, air-conditioning.
Kitchen with island bar on veranda, fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove etc.
Poolside veranda with garden furniture, fitted barbecue, outside shower
 

First Floor

2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds 160x200, with desk, wardrobe and TV.
1 air-conditioned bedrooms with two beds 90x190, with desk, wardrobe and TV
1 bathroom with Jacuzzi .
1 ironing room (only in villa B)
 

The STUDIO

Can be rented in conjunction with the second villa (B)

Comprises of a comfortable airconditioned room with sofa bed, TV and fitted kitchenette , separate bathroom with massage shower and furnished veranda.
 

RATES FOR WEEK

30% of the cost must be paid as deposit at the time of reservation.
The balance will be required upon receipt of the keys.
